About the Opportunity
As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional property care and tenant satisfaction, we are looking to build long-term relationships with inspection partners who can help us:
● Conduct move-in, move-out, and periodic site inspections
● Document property conditions with photos and detailed reports
● Identify maintenance issues, lease violations, or safety concerns
● Ensure compliance with local codes and internal standards
● Post notices and open doors for property showings
● Take marketing photos and videos
● Use app and internet based technology
✅ What We’re Looking For
We invite individuals or companies who are:
● Experienced in residential or commercial property inspections or willing to learn ● Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
● Equipped with mobile devices or software to provide digital photos and reports ● Have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation
● Familiar with fair housing and property code compliance (a plus)
● Licensed and insured (if applicable by region)
● Seeking a part time and flexible opportunity
