About the Opportunity
As a Property Management Coordinator, you’ll be at the heartbeat of our operations — connecting tenants with properties and working with our internal teams. You’ll support leasing and ensure compliance so that every property in our care runs efficiently.
You’ll help us:
● Prepare and manage lease documents, renewals, addendums, and notices
● Facilitate tenant communications and coordinate responses to inquiries
● Schedule and follow up on move-ins
● Post and update property listings, assist with showings, and support marketing efforts ● Ensure accurate records in our property management software (currently Aptly and Rentvine) ● Partner with accounting to support rent collections and payment tracking
● Maintain compliance, consistency, and communication across the team

Requirements & Desired Skills
● Valid California Real Estate License and willingness to hang it with The Team Realty, dba Rental Zebra
● Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
● Prior property management experience preferred, especially with single-family homes ● Strong computer and mobile literacy; familiarity with RentVine or other PM software a plus ● Experience using task management software (critical)
● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication
● Customer service mindset with a professional, team-oriented attitude
● Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
● Desire to learn and grow with the organization
● Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
