What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

  • Respond to tenant inquiries and requests via phone, email, or portal

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work, including vendor scheduling and follow-up

  • Support lease administration tasks: renewals, terminations, tenant move-ins/move-outs

  • Assist with onboarding tenants and owners—ensuring they have the information and resources they need

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports

  • Work with property managers to streamline processes, resolve issues, and improve operational flow

  • Help with rent collection follow-ups, arrears resolution, and lease compliance

QualificationDesired Experience / Skill
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, real estate, or related field is a plus
ExperiencePrior exposure in property management, real estate, or customer service strongly preferred

Organizational SkillsStrong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
Technical / ToolsFamiliarity with property management software, Excel, Google Suite, CRM tools
